Processing and Delivery Time

Every order placed in our store is forwarded to our supplier for processing immediately upon payment confirmation. The standard estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. Please note that in exceptional situations, this timeframe may be slightly extended due to adverse weather conditions and anomalies that could impact air or road transport operations.

Logistics Model and Origin of Goods

Our store operates on a dropshipping fulfillment model. We act as a commercial intermediary, which means that the ordered products, such as the Straight strap, are shipped directly to you from our partner's modern logistics centers located in China. This model allows us to eliminate local warehousing costs and offer you highly competitive prices while maintaining express delivery times.

Order Tracking

As soon as your item is packed and leaves the supplier's warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey around the clock until it is delivered to your designated address. Please note that the initial updates in the tracking system may appear up to 24 hours after the shipping label is generated.
